Bulletproof! I have taken IP6 for several years, and during this time, when exposed to various colds, they have either avoided me or their impact has been minimal and not severe. This has helped maintain a high level of immunity. Highly recommend!

They are big but effective! I purchased these for cold sores and canker sores. Although they are larger, they are easy to swallow. I take 2 three times a day at the onset of a cold sore, and it never formed, even though I felt it trying to emerge. I really like these and intend to always keep a bottle handy!

No illness during fasting

Having it after a 36-hour fast seems to be effective. I haven’t had a cold or flu this year since I started taking them on my fasting days.
